I'm new to the board myself and believe me you've come to the right place. Aside from all of the medical information located here (to left of your screen) there is a wonderful group of caring and supportive people who suffer with these headaches as well. They are always here and ready to offer advice, comfort and support and it's helping me to get through this cycle more than any medication ever could.
