At UKCH, Simon's English site, there is a great thing you can print and distribute. It's good for employers especially. Your family and friends will need it too. Look into it.
In any case this is a place full of people who know what the worst pain experienced by humans is like and we can help and support you. We have our fun and get a little testy sometimes but things are pretty quiet now. Good for you and us!
