I have been thinking about this matter and I have read about circadian rhythms and I think that a remision is a part of the rhythm, that is: the own rhythm of clusterheadaches.
In my case for years I have not regular cycles neither regular remissions, and suddenly on 2000 I had a long remission for 11 months. I didn't know about remissions and I thought I was cured. Last december the cluster return and I have had the long and worst cycle in all my life, although I have it under control now because I began to take melatonin and I am pain free but still on cycle because sometimes I have had soft shadows
I really think that this matters are very interesting to share among us because there are many things to research about cluster
