there is a letter that I think Simon wrote to give to freinds coworkers and family as to what cluster headaches are like and what they can do. Someone help me with where to find it. I have a copy but I can't remember where I got it from. It was very well written. Also print out anything you can get your hands on about clusters and let them read it. The devil is a nasty horrible pain and trying to get others to understand is not easy. I hope you find someone to support you. We are always here and know just what you are going through. Love Paula
