Still interests me, the different ways we deal with CH.

I DO sit still during an attack. I simply sit in a chair, leaning forward, ice pack on head or neck, pile of snot and tear soaked tissues in front of me.

I DON'T pace, bang my head, scream or curse.

I don't like bright lights but don't mind regular lighting.

I don't mind sound unless it's Rap music or some obnoxious TV commercial.

The pain is the same level for every headache, a 10. The only thing that changes is the duration. With luck and the right meds, I'll kick it in 10 minutes. If I loose, I'm in it for 2 hours.

Oh well. That's CH life I guess.
