I got this is Men's Health weekly health tips.
I am just getting through a cycle of clusters.
I could still have the after headache "glow", but I thought it was good for a laugh:

The Chinese use a technique called li shou (lee shoo) to alleviate headache symptoms. They swing their arms quickly to pull blood away from their head, and then stroke the area around their eyes in a circular motion with their heated hands to relax the scalp. This practice makes biological sense, says Glenn Geelhoed, M.D., author of Natural Secrets from Around the World. "Reducing bloodflow to the head reduces the pressure that worsens headaches." Even better, people give you space in elevators.
