I too, am 44 y/o and have had a combo of migraines and C/H for about 14 years. I 've tried every med in the book and either have an allergic reaction or it just doesn't work for me.

I have found that 1-2 wks before a true onset of CH that driving causes nausea. I don't comprehend when reading its just words on paper that don't make sense. Yes, I do get the nausea- I drink coke or pepsi and this helps (caffiene and pepsin).
This also applies now, because I'm in a very bad way right now, when I try to drive Road signs are just a series of letters or symbles that don't make sense. I get nauseous and am unable to add numbers to make bank deposit or copying a mailing address.
