Mary,
God will be with you tomorrow. Anyone that would do such an unselfish thing has to have the Lord workin' in them. I will pray for you tonight and ask that He makes you strong during tomorrows ordeal and ends the pain quickly when it's time.
Please do share with us any information the Drs. come up with. I hope it's a worthwhile effort.
