slept like a rock all night. Had the hangover headache like before, and had a shadow or two today. Nothing to really talk about from my side.
The "M" guy reported being able to sleep better than in the past. He got 4 1/2 hours sleep last night. He usually only sleeps for an hour or so at a time. He also told me that his thermostat seemed to work better. He gets hotter than most people and sweats a lot normally. He said he noticed that he didn't feel as hot natured as usual. A doctor had told him it was a neurological problem. Maybe the shrooms reset his thermostat as well. Time will tell. It usually takes a few days for everything to settle down, so I'm hoping we both get some long term relief.
