My 14 yr old Siamese does that to my wife all the time. He is so in tune w/ my headaches that he will either sit on the floor next to me or on the back of the couch when I'm huritng. If I move to the bed he follows me and lays down next to me. When he senses I'm doing better he'll hop on my lap and rub my face and chest with his face all the while purring so gently. Some one once said that Dog was man's best freind. He/she never had a smart cat.--Tom--
