I need some help from my brothers and sisters computation 's kings. That's the matter: Last week my printer stopped to work.We went to the insurance technician ( because they are on garrantee) and there it worked fine. They told me about black ink empty, but at home it didn't work. My husband had to travel and we didn't pay attention to the printer problem.But this week I have to do an urgent work and I brought another printer from my work but this printer printed in blerred ( we can not understand which it prints)
A friend of mine came to my home and for 3 hours he reinstalled the controller of the both printers one first and the other after). He tried to install a superdisk( zip disk) but it connects in the same printer port ( LPT1). He can not install it.
Yesterday night I decided to reinstall all the system with the Quick Restore cd's of COMPAQ ( my computer is a Compaq Presario). I thought when I finished all would be all right but What a surprise!( I wanted to cry and cry) The printer was wrong. My printer didn't nothing and a mesagge says that there is a comunication mistake. The other printer printed like a big black ball. I explain better( If I can) when it prints the proof page I can see the letters and figures but all is not clear with spots.
I think next monday to go to the technician because i must go to another state ( 1 hour on the road),but I am very worried with all it happens with my girl( the computer). It would be a virus?. I have Norton
