Just wanted to post a quick follow up.
Since re-trying Covera (generic Verapamil SR) at 240mgs/day 9 days ago I have only had 2 CH. Both have been so slight that 5mgs of Maxalt knocked them out in minutes.
I can't say enough about how much the Maxalt helped me before the Covera started working. I prefer the 10mg Maxalt MLT because it dissolves in your mouth in less than 1 second and works within minutes.
I'm still in series with heavy shadow which has now begun to make me a little cranky. This was pointed out to me by someone who loves me and they were right. I promise to remember that even heavy shadow is SO much better than a full blown CH.
After 19 years, something is finally working for me and I'll be back on stage singing jazz again this very weekend. Hang in there fellow clusterheads. There is hope. Just keep trying whatever it takes.
