I have identified many triggers--chocolate, peanuts, preservatives such as those used in lunch meats, alcohol, second-hand smoke, strong odors, etc. However, sometimes I've noticed if I experience one of these early in the day & in a small amount, it may not trigger a c.h. For example, if I eat a small candy bar early in the day & don't combine it with another trigger...I may get by without triggering a c.h. Anyone else had this happen?
