Cafegot and imigran

Hi, I understand one can take only a max of 10 cafegot pills a week as the cumulative effects of constriction of blood vessels will create some risks such as gangerine, etc.

If I hit the 10 for the week, can I switch to Imigran/Imitrex without this risk or do they work pretty much the same way?
