I would like to add Dr. Dana Frank of the Johns Hopkins Group to your list of smart and sympathetic doctors. I live in Portland OR and was misdiagnosed by 3 docs and put on medications that destroy bone marrow and make hunks of skin schluff off. I'm originally from Baltimore so I flew back, saw this doctor and simply put, I feel he has saved my life.
