Have only been on it for a month. On 100mg. now but have not really noticed any side effects. At first, I thought I was having trouble remembering things but not sure if it was the Topamax or just overload(too much going on in my life). One of the Docs I work with was on only 25mg. and he stopped it because he said the side effects were terrible...smile, nancyc
