Are you smoking today, kiddo? If so, take a break. Try putting frozen peas right on the pain. It's helped both me and Mike, as it takes down the swelling.
We wrap our ice bags in a cloth gift bag so it doesn't hurt your skin so much.
Try a walk, if there is any cool air outside. Try oxygen.
Keep trying.
