he says that the cycles that he didnt take meds were shorter. It is almost like you have to let them take their course. You have to have a few good bangers for them to go and if you dont you just get a longer cycle with lots of smaller ones. this is his experience.....
I dunno about the relaxation part though but then again he had knee surgery yesterday and he went golfing today... go figure just no keepin the boy down LOL
