My doctor and neurologist keep asking me about stress. I keep telling them, I am unstressed at work, I like my job, and I have no physical stress. For me, I am not convinced stress has much to do with the episodes beginning or duration. Though many headaches do involve stress, I WISH I could get a stress or tension headache once in a while instead. Stress, to me, is simply not a factor. That hypothalamus thing has more or a chance to be a factor to me than stress. Maybe for others it does bring on the onset, but I will keep refuting that to my doctor in honest persistance.
