David, I haven't seen much in the pipeline of the major drug companies to suggest they are to come out with a drug concerning the hypothalamus. Tinkering with such an element in the brain will take forever to get through the FDA. All I have seen is competition coming for Imitrex due to the profit incentive. Hypo studies are being researched, however, if a cure comes from clusters from them, it will be by accident. On the bright side, many inventions have been created while looking for a solution to something else.
