Hello to all, I'm relieved to find a site like this to share ch and stuff with. My headaches were always bad, but week by week they seemed to get worse and I had no idea what it was. A month or so ago my headaches were NEVER this bad, but I get them 3-4 times a day. Usually, in the morning, twice in the afternoon and one at night. Just a few hours ago I was rocking back and forth in a corner crying because of the pain and now I'm fine. Searching through the site, I'd say mine aren't as bad as some others, though. Is there any type of self-help that I can do to try and curb the pain, it's so hard to live like this!! My family says it's just stress, that when I cry or start hitting myself in the head that I'm just overreacting, but the pain doesn't care what they have to say. It's terrible 'cuz when I'm at work I literally have to stop what I'm doing and try to manage without moaning in pain.
Before i make this post too long, I just had a question. When you guys get ch does the ear on the side you have the headache on seem to clog up and sort of ring? And/or that specific eye water up /fuzzy vision? They have me very worried and I plan to go to the doctor next week.
Thanks for being here,
