This is REAL weird. I had almost the exact same
experience a few days ago. In my case, I'm on
200 mg Verapamil, recently upped from 160 mg. I
awoke very ill the next morning. My first thought
was, jeez, it's the Verapamil. I didn't have a
temperature, which is why I thought it was the meds. I literally couldn't get out of bed for 2
days. Then I got a sore throat, along with a terrible cough. Obviously, it was some kind of bug. I was so relieved it wasn't the meds--I was almost delighted just to be plain old sick.
