Thanks for the advice on imitrex. I understand some things work for some people. I have been suffering now for 12 years and have tried many different things. I was told not to take Imitrex because I sometimes have slurred speech and vision distortions with H/A's, and therefore Imitrex could cause a stroke. Migranal Immediately threw me into a ten times worse H/A that lasted for four hours. Prednisone kept me hopped up like I was on coke or something all day and then when I came down off of it, would get real tired, crash, and wake up within an hour screaming, feeling like my head was being crushed.Kinda had that feeling last night too.Wish I could find something that worked. Had 3 thru the night and one this morning. Started packing today for "destination unknown". Its hard to have a positive attitude when your entire life has been ripped apart by something no one can figure out, understand, or in some peoples case, even try to understand. Its a shame that a person has chronic H/A's, as long as it doesn't effect someone elses life, then its a pain in the a@#. Now, if only I could just sleep, maybe I could cut down on panic attacks...
