I discovered this site today after having had an attack last night. When I read the experiences that introduce this site I cried. I have never heard other people describe the process I go through before and I was so relieved to find out that I'm not alone. My CH's are worse in the early summer. Last year my cycle was about 12 weeks and I was sure that I was going to lose my mind. I am really afraid that the cycle is starting again and I am having some real anxiety about it.
