I wouldn't bother if I were you. I'd rather have a runny nose than a CH. Maybe they can be a trigger while in cycle. I've been out of cycle since April, right beofre I started the shots. I hope its not going to be a trigger for me. Pain killers stopped working for me because I took them for so long. Could happen to you as well. I guess you need to ask yourself is it worth it? By the way,what did you mean by maintenance level?
