virtually impossible to remain in bed with this kind of headache. Of course if this just began it may be possible. For me, I had to get up and walk around or sit and moan with this until it abated. Clusters are not like migraines. The pain is usually localized behind the eye and forehead. It usually ends rather suddenly after running its course. I truly hope these are not clusters.
