Thanks for all the advise about the ice packs i tried that but never found a place that seemed to help i put it on my eye,nose,head, neck..i finally just threw that sucker against the wall lol and i get really cold when i get a severe one ...does anyone else get like that???i read something the other day that ws new it said to sit up ....never lie down when you have a cluster ..im trying that i think it helps. take care everyone..thanks
