As an anti-convulsant, I found it the best drug I ever used. Unfortunately, for me, it seemed to make me a little nervous and unsure of myself. It also caused a considerable wringing in my ears. My doctor says this happens in a small percentage of patients. I happened to be one of them. It would seem to me a little ear noise is preferable to CH. The internet is a lousy place for drug information sometimes. Ask your doctor about side-effects. This board's members have had some good experiences with it as well and we have some health professionals here as well.
