I have several friends who have also been on it for epilepsy. One hates it because he got kidney stones from it. A possible side effect. Another is real cold all the time and had some initial memory problems at first. She choose to stay on it and is doing fine now. I have had numbness in feet and hands for couple weeks and then it goes away. This happens every time the doesage is upped. I have also had some memory problems. Nothing major. Mine went away but it took several months. I love the stuff. They say just drink lots of water with it to avoid kidney stones. Wont know how it will effect you untill you try it. It effects everyone differently.
