We are like a clinic here. Some of us work here 24/7 on a volunteer basis. We keep the lights on. We hang out and we have coffee with each other, we laugh, we fight, we cry, but we keep the doors open.
Some other people don't want to hang out here all the time because it reminds them that they are one of the unfortunate ones who are on the Beast's list. Maybe it's therapy for them to try to forget? Or maybe they feel they will jinx themselves if they constantly have CH as the topic of conversation. I think that's a very real emotion for some clusterheads and their families. Out of site, out of mind. And you know what? That's ok too. That's the cool thing about this cluster clinic. There are enough of us full-timers here to help folks who wander in and out. I don't think there's anything really wrong with that. Different strokes for different folks - it's what makes the world go round, right?
