Just a consideration: I, probably as many of you, have had to deal
with this whole question - posed by others (friends, family, coworkers,
etc.) - of "cause and effect". "Do you know what causes them?" is the
faq. My answer after 25 yrs of this is that there is no simple black
and white answer as to the cause. It's more likely a matrix of causality,
some triggers being more prominent than others, but even small ones
can aid an overall trigger effect. Seasonality, in my book, might be
prominent in the cause-matrix. But I've had these headaches at all times
of the year and I'm episodic. But this is the essence of having this
web site: to discuss our malady, and if we can help determine causation,
imagine the implications. Keep the discussions alive, since I think it
helps us to understand that which we experience.
