If you have a "set" cycle and this one you just went through mirrors that cycle, then I would think you should be able to taper off fairly quickly. My cycles generally follow a pretty set pattern, so when I have gone for several days without HA's and it should be the end of the cycle anyway, I generally quit taking my meds. I typically don't have another cycle for 18-24 months so it's fairly safe for me based on my history to do that. I agree with the others...check with your doc and taper off...you should know pretty quickly whether it was a good idea or not. Good luck!
