This is my first post, but I have been a regular visitor to this great site for a couple of years now, a kind of Clusterhead voyeur I guess.I have had ch's for fifteen years, starting when I was 24.Early on I tried a few drugs, all to no avail. Now I simply wear the pain.
My problem is the feeling of guilt. The guilt of puting my family through the torment of living with a ch sufferer.I have a great partner and a three year old son...he has Cerebral Palsy.Whilst I'm on the floor he pulls himself over to me and pats me......"you got a sore head Daddy??....you got a sore head??".It's really heartbreaking. So the bottom line is that my partner, who is so supportive,is stuck with a guy with a broken down head and a son with broken down legs.....Ya gotta wonder what It's all about.
So to my family and to all the other Clusterheads families, a heartfelt "THANK YOU".Just as we are innocent victims, you to us, are accidetial heros.
P.S.....I'm from Australia and I would't knock the Emu oil theory.....I've never met an Emu with cluster headaches yet !!!....Take Care Everyone.
