Anyone ever heard of Moyamoya disease?

Got the results from my angiogram today.

Seems my neuro's think I have a VERY RARE, progressive, vascular disease (like 1 in 2,000,000 people in the USA) called Moyamoya disease.

Anyone ever heard of it?
