Hi Bryan,

Until this cluster I was only taking suppliments to help my CH. I was taking l-tyrosine, which is a natural amino acid
and 5htp suppliments. I was also taking vitamin E, but not for the CH, only because I wanted to be healthy. I am on
the Atkins diet, so I try to make sure that I am not skipping any nutirents. I have not tried Selenium, but I'll try
anything now.

This cluster took me completely by surprise, and my neurologist gave me Zomig. I'm the one who complained about my
throat feeling closed off. However, it seems to be working for me to some degree. I took one for my 1:30 yesterday
which seemed to make the one at 2:30 very short, and then I skipped my 7:3o and my 10:30 all together. I actually slept
last night.

As for exercise... it has not helped nor hurt my cycle. My sport of choice is medieval swordfighting. It's a fairly
rigorous sport and entails strapping 40 lbs of armor to yourself before you even hit the battlefield. I love it!
There have been whole seasons of fighting that I get through without a CH, and there have been seasons where I get a
headache in the middle of the battle and have to yank myself from the field. It's not that I don't want to get hit
in the head while I am having a CH, it would save me the trouble of bashing my head against the ground myself, it's
that I can't see or function or be effective. Once, in a two hour woods battle I got a headache, pulled myself off
the field and sat for the next 45 minutes until it went away, and then strapped my helmet back on and charged back into
the fray. So basically, it does not seem to affect me one way or another as far as I can tell.
