Yes, pain all the way down to your upper jaw. Eaxctly like my CHs. I have had them right after I wake up, I have been woken up by them, I have had a CH at most anytime during the day. Mine seem to be completely random with no pattern. Try increasing the Verapamil to at least 480 mg/day. That worked one year to abort the cluster. It didn't work this year though. Good luck.
