It may take a long time to be effective sometimes, and there will be times when it will not work. I got a nice emmail from someone in Tulsa who says she is 40% successful. I was about 75% successful. You cannot stop doing this if you feel it isn't working. It's somewhat exhausting but keep at it. It's the only way it has a chance.
