I laugh almost uncontrollably when I tell someone what I have, and they respond "I had one of those once".
On the same token, I have had two people now who have these, and have never been diagnosed properly. When they say "I have had those" I ask them to explain what they had. Their explanations have been EXACT! They know these are NOT headaches.
