SSRI stands for Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitor. Since psilocin mimics serotonin so closely, anything that alters the release or re-uptake of serotonin will probably alter the effect of the psilocin as well. The slight chemical difference between the two may mean that what effects serotonin MAY not effect psilocin, but I wouldn't want to bet on it.

Safest thing is probably to be free of any SSRI's for a few days at least before trying the mushroom treatment.
