All of us in this group suffer from President Clintons war against drugs, legal or otherwise this guy has gone to the furthest strectch of the imagination thinking he will / has made a diference. The brutal facts are that while curtailing "legal" drug use the "illegal" drugs are just as prevelent as ever, Mr. Clinton is our problem and untill he and the war on drugs mentality is gone from the top, down to the law enforcement in your city. We will be caught in the middle. And to think I voted for this guy.........
