not only from a personal experience but I am also an RN in a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center. I see patients fight addiction everyday and it is not always from street drugs. Alot of my patients are just like us..they have become addicted to pain meds from taking them because of chronic pain. These are the patients that have the hardest time staying clean sometimes because when the pain returns they feel justified in returning to using the medication. Please feel free to email me anytime.
