This is my first time visiting the site. It's great!
My clusters started about four years ago and lasted several months. I haven't had any since then until last week. I've had about one a day (only one at night) since then. Today was so bad I had to go to the ER. This is the first time that I've really looked into this on the internet and I'm please to see so many possible ways to head-off the clusters before they start. I'm 32 y/o and after reading a lot tonight, am worried that they will increase in frequency. I just hope they don't, but if they do, I'm glad to see so much online support from all of you!
