thought of it perhaps. I would pace around and try not to moan too loudly. When I had my first attack, I was convinced that I was done for. After awhile, it became a horrendous part of my existence.

Personally, I think people do have different levels of these attacks. I was incapacitated during the episode. I hate to bring this up but perhaps you are in the beginnings of this syndrome. I certainly hope not. I'm very glad you are seeing a neurologist. Have you and he discussed CH? He should at least consider this a possibility.

By the way Mike, almost everyone has varying degrees of sensiblity to dust. For me, all I have to do is open an old book. It always makes me sneeze, but it doesn't last. Be a little wary of relying too much on the allegy answer if this is CH. I think that would be very unusual.

I'm a little wary of therapists or doctors who say they have some definite answer as to why you may have this. Don't worry too much about your eye. Our bodies are not symetrical. Chiropractors have made a fortune telling people they have one leg shorter than the other. Everyone does. It's the way we are layed out.

A lot of what you write does sound like CH to me. My attacks were usually very severe but short-lived-20 to 30 minutes most of the time.

This is one nasty syndrome and it takes no prisoners. Keep posting Mike. It's the only way geezers like me keep in practice.

Hope you are pain free.
