Sorry, this is like asking "is it plugged in", but you might have to scroll down.
2. If you are on a dial-up line, you might have to wait a bit for it to come up. Are you on dial-up or cable modem or dsl?
3. is your internet security set to HIGH/MED or low/ Try medium. At top of IE browser screen, go to tools, security, etc.
