I've decided to try a combination water/exercise treatments. So far so good, only a K-4 or 5 so far today. By the way, I'm new to this cite. I've been episodic sufferer for about 15 years. Two years since the last bout. This one started about four days ago. I probably have a month or so of hell ahead of me.
I really hate it when I wake up at 3am with a screwdriver in my eye!!!!!!!!!
