Go back to your doc, I hope it is a Neuro--tell them it is time to try something different. Ask for imitrex, perhaps some oxygen. Imitrex comes in nasal or pil or injections--you give yourself the injections.

try to get on Verapamil as a preventative, the above are abortive techniques.

Read the imitrex tip to the left, your insurance will likely only allow 6 per month---generally not enough. Ask your doc for samples--do ont tell the doc about the imitrex tip.

print off some of the stuff from this site, as well as from the OUCH site--take it to your doc.

If you are not seeing a neurologist, see one.
