I tried the exercise thing...dosn't work for me. At the onset of my attacks last night I went outside and ran up and down the street until I was huffing and puffing. Result: Viscious K-10 slammer. As far as the water treatment goes, It may have decreased the frequency. I only had three attacks last night whereas I usually endure five or six. Coincidence? Who knows. For today I'm going back to the Lidocain, and maybe an MS Contin (or two). Damn I hate these things.
For all of you going to Atlanta, I wish I could be there. I've never met a clusterhead in person before.
