I hate that there is so much pain. I feel out of place here. Even when I had these attacks, I could count on some time off.
For a time, this thing took over my life too. The goddamn thing sucks the life out of us. I had only one friend who understood these things and he was a retired psychiatric nurse. Dave is gone, but just the fact that someone had an idea of the level of pain, was helpful. I guess that's why we stick around. No one in my family had the foggiest notion of what this was like. Gee...what a revelation.........
