I am so happy to have found this website. I have been suffering with this horrible affiction for about 10 years with cycles occuring every two years and lasting for about 3 months. I am currently in the midst of a cycle, a very dark and lonely place. I have been trying to drink as much water as possible, it seems to help a little. My husband is very understanding but it is so nice to know that I am not alone in my suffering. I just wanted to express what a comfort it is to read your entries and to know that I am not insane.
