Once on a holliday, there was this O2 tank with max flow of 4 l/min.
Bought some huge plastic bags and filled them up with O2. closed them with shoe laces.
Anyway, I kept 3 of those in a closet. When the beast came by, I had plenty of oxygen to inhale.
Not a long term solution, but this is something you can try right away, until the other regulator arrives.
